Joy here and this is it. This is THE WEEK I will meet my son. 😱 All the prepping and praying comes down to this moment when he will be born and come home with us. 😳 Am I ready? Absolutely not! The only comfort I find is that no one is really ever ready or prepared for parenthood. Am I scared? You betcha ya! I’m an anxious, perfectionist who struggles to trust God and oh boy, is God putting all those struggles to the test right now. But He has walked me through hard things before. He has provided for me when I didn’t see a way and I know He will not abandon me in the labor room or in this new sleepless season. We can do hard things and for some reason God saw fit to let me be this little boy’s momma and that is thrilling! 💙 I would so appreciate your prayers as I enter this new season.

Hi Wally, I appreciate you !! Though I do not live anywhere near Nashville, I listen to your show on my Google mini quite often. This morning you asked viewers to call with a song that makes them happy. The first song that came to my mind was Michael W. Smith’s “Something in my Heart.” It’s melody makes me wanna dance, and takes me to my Happy Spot! Not only that, but it speaks to my heart and reminds me that God is the one who wakes my heart when I am deadened to life. He is faithful even in the midst of the many unknowns during this pandemic. “My soul grows weary It’s only forest from the clearing And it’s real in my head And fears an ocean I haven’t crossed yet Like a canyon in the in between Where I’m standing and what I can see If not for You, I never move You are the spark You wake something in my heart.” God bless you, Wally & Crew, for taking the love of God to the world!😀❣️
